Q: What is the pet policy?
Anyone with a pet is welcome but you will be asked to sign a contract. The contract states that each pet must be kept in a cage or carrier when housekeeping is servicing the room. The fee ranges from $75 for the first 7 nights to $250 per month. We do not allow Doberman pinschers or Pit bull breeds.

Q: Do you have monthly rates?
Our rates do decrease depending on the length of stay, however guests are charged nightly regardless of the length of stay. Please contact our sales department for more information on extended stay rates.

Q: What is served during the manager’s reception?
A salad bar with a main dish is offered each evening and is included in the price of the suite. Some examples of main dishes include baked lasagna, chicken wings, hot dogs and hamburgers, or soup. Guests are welcome to sit in the lobby or they can bring the meal back to their suite.

Q: Do you have high speed Internet access?
A Yes, both wired and wireless connections are available.

Q: How do I get to local attractions?
We provide directional cards for all main attractions and places of business along with area maps at the front desk.

Q: What are the pool hours and conditions?
Our heated outdoor seasonal pool is open from 9:00am to 10:00pm every day. Pool towels and pool toys are kept outside next to the pool. Shade and sun seating is available along with a barbecue grill and tables with umbrellas.

Q: Can I access the Internet?
Complimentary High-Speed Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel.  Wired connections are available in all rooms and in the Business Center.

Q: Are movie rentals available?
Yes, we have VCRs in every suite and we offer a complimentary movie rental station.

Q: Can my mail be forwarded to the hotel?
Yes. The front desk will ensure your mail is delivered to your room every day.

Q: Do you have Jacuzzi suites?
No, but we do have an outdoor heated pool.

Q: What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 12:00pm.

Q: Do you have honeymoon suites?
No.

Q: Do you have room service?
The adjacent Texas Roadhouse does have a take-out service and several local restaurants will deliver. Information is provided in each suite. We do not have a restaurant inside the hotel that provides room service.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel your reservation by 4:00pm on the day of arrival in order to avoid a charge to your credit card.
